External integrations
Connect KIVI, After Effects, Unreal Engine and MCP.
KIVI
Configure the browser bridge, load the extension and sign in where required. Confirm the connection and model capabilities before submitting. Reference counts and video inputs must meet the model’s requirements; a connected bridge does not imply identical parameters across models.
After Effects
Configure the local editor path and bridge. Send selected assets to AE and inspect the imported media. Returning edited results is a separate step; successful sending does not mean an edited output already exists.
Unreal Engine
Install a bridge plugin compatible with your project version, configure the connection and verify the import in UE. Rendering and media return use their respective controls. Plugin build tools are separate from ordinary application runtime dependencies.
MCP
MCP is intended for advanced integrations. Follow the project’s client configuration and permission instructions. Do not expose a local control service publicly without authentication.
Troubleshooting order
Check the external application version, paths or connection, plugin/extension state, task logs and actual files. Validate your first setup with a small test asset.
